Biography: Charlotte Fielding is a twenty-two year old living in New York City. She designs fanciful head wear and hats, lampshades and dream catchers. Lover of poetry (Emily Dickinson is 'only the greatest poet who ever lived' as far as she's concerned) and people as a rule, she doesn't let much hold her back or slow her down. Not even the terminal illness affecting her heart. Charlotte's in the here and now and that's where she'd rather dwell, not on the dread the future may hold.

If I can stop one heart from breaking,
I shall not live in vain;
If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,
Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,
I shall not live in vain.

--Emily Dickinson
